About Me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist offering psychological evaluation and counseling services for symptoms of ADHD, PTSD, burnout and boreout, interpersonal conflicts and stress, anxiety, and depression. I work with children, adolescents, and adults and provide services both in English and Korean.

Philosophy and Therapeutic Approach

For me, the foundation of any meaningful therapy is simple: trust and honesty. Without that, the rest does not really work. I want you to feel that this is a space where you can say what is truly on your mind, whether it is a passing thought, a deep fear, or something you have never told anyone, without worrying about being judged.

I often use approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These methods are evidence-based, which means research shows they can help. More importantly, they give us a clear framework for understanding how your thoughts, emotions, and actions affect one another. It is like mapping out the pieces of a puzzle so we can see where things might fit differently.
