About Me
I am a clinical social worker wholly dedicated to the healing journey, hoping for and working toward a full recovery for each of my clients. I have professional education and work experience related to counseling in both Korea and the United States.
I help children (36 months and older), adolescents, adults, and couples in their recoveries.
Philosophy and Therapeutic Approach
By creating the most psychologically safe space possible, I assist you in the process of learning and expressing yourself, building a solid inner self, and recovering your ability to love yourself as well as others.
My counseling approach incorporates sandplay therapy, child-centered play therapy, Jungian psychology, psychoanalysis, object relations theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, art therapy, and Imago couple therapy.
