Philosophy and Therapeutic Approach “I believe people have an innate desire and potential to grow. I believe my role as a therapist is to foster self-awareness through the therapeutic relationship, in-the-moment processing, and corrective emotional experiences. I also pay close attention to each client’s unique life experiences that have impacted their development and interpersonal relationship patterns. I believe all clients have unique worldviews and live in complex systems, so I embrace a team approach to counseling, in which I support my client to discover the best version of themselves. I use eclectic /integrative approaches, and evidence-based treatments, tailored to each client’s unique needs.”
