Dr. Sula Lee, Ph.D.
Dr.Lee’s approach to therapy is eclectic and integrative, combining person-centered, CBT, and IPT with a social justice and multicultural foundation. The majority of her clinical experience and training took place in University counseling centers, where she provided individual counseling, group counseling, single-session therapy, training, supervision, and carried out workshops. She also worked and was trained in various settings including, community mental health, inpatient hospital settings, and college women’s centers. Dr.Lee’s areas of expertise and interests include anxiety disorders, depression, self-compassion, identity development, acculturation, trauma, and interpersonal relationship issues.
